Can I have more than one flavor?

Yes! Each machine comes with two separate flavor dispensing sides

How long does the first batch take to freeze?

With alcohol, it takes about 50 minutes - Without alcohol, it takes about 1.5 hrs to freeze.

How do I refill the machine?

Simply add more mix to the top of the machine when the "mix low" light comes on.

Do you provide alcohol?

No - We do not provide any alcohol. The customer is responsible for providing alcohol and assumes all liability and responsibility for its use at their event.

Does there have to be alcohol / Can these be used for kid's parties?

These can absolutely be used for kid's parties! Any of our drink flavors can be served without alcohol.

How do I book a reservation?

Is there a deposit fee?

Yes - All rental orders require a $50.00 deposit or prior payment in full.

What forms of payment can I use?

Venmo, Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes - There is a $25 delivery charge. However, this does include drop-off, set-up, and pick-up.

What am I responsible for?

Power Outlets - Please ensure that you have access to a standard household power outlet.
Please also keep in mind that a power strip/extension cord(s) may be needed depending on your desired location.
Alcohol - We do not provide ANY alcohol. However, we are happy to mix it in for you provided it is present at the time of arrival.
Sanitary Water - For Mixing Drink Solution

What do I do when the party is over?

Please turn off and unplug the machine. You may also want to empty the remaining contents into a container to keep.

How much is is the rental?

Each machine has two flavor compartments and each machine is $135.00 per/4 hrs. With each machine rental comes 2 x 1/2 Gallon of Flavor Mix (one for each side).

What does the rental include?

4 Hours of Rental Time and 2 x 1/2 Gallon of Your Choice of Drink Mix (one for each side).

Are the machines easy to use?

Yes! Super easy and we will set them up for you.

What if the machine stops working or starts having issues?

Please give us a call immediately and we will either replace the machine or issue a refund.

Do you supply cups?

We do not typically supply cups. However, we are happy to supply them upon request.

How much ice do the machines require?

None! No ice is used - We simply add the mix and the machine will freeze it!

How do I set up the mix?

We are happy to set up the mix for you and instruct you on how to refill as needed.

Can I use my own mix?

Unfortunately not - We only use our mix as it is a specific mix that has been calibrated to prevent damage and freezing of the machines.
Please note that any damage to the machines from the use of other mixes will be the responsibikity of the customer.

How long is the rental period?

Rental period is approximately 4 hours long.
If your event is in the morning/mid-day/afternoon, we will pick it up at the end of the 4 hour time period.
However, if your are hosting a night-time event, we will pick it up first thing the next morning.
